专利说明:
15 20 25 30 2 The strap has a width that can be adapted to the body part to be treated and is so flexible that good compliance with the part of the body against which it abuts is ensured. The length of the strap is suitably adjustable, so that the desired pressure against the treated body part can be achieved. within the scope of the invention, bands of different lengths may be present, as well as locking means of different appearance and function. The band is intended to prevent, alleviate and alleviate ailments such as mouse / golf / tennis arm, migraine, osteomyelitis, knee problems, neck strain and tension that bothers the neck muscles due to e.g. whip- lash. The band can also be used to increase the blood flow in the tendons and ligaments. When using the band, hormones linked to "peace and quiet" also increase, which reduces stress and provides better relaxation and sleep. The treatment is a combination of massage, pressure and acupuncture. It is the thorns / spikes on the band that give the physiological effect. The number of spikes / thorns in combination with the height of them is produced to give the best results. With fewer thorns / spikes, the pressure becomes too aggressive against the skin, and with more thorns the pressure becomes too small. The handling of the strap according to the invention is very simple as the user himself applies the strap around the leg, arm or skull and determines the pressure against the body by velcro fastening, or other type of locking means. This allows everyone, regardless of sensitivity, to use the tape. In other words, the user can choose whether the pressure should be small or large. The tags on the strap provide a tactile (touch) stimulation to affect the autonomic nervous system, which in turn secondarily affects hormone release, blood pressure, blood flow and more, which is a well-known and scientifically documented effect. Massage of all kinds has such an effect, but massaging the neck muscles usually seldom provides sufficient stimulation as great care must be taken. Inflamed areas should not be treated with massage. In accordance with a first embodiment of the invention, the device comprises a band with spikes which are placed around the desired body part during treatment. The band can either be blunt to maintain a constant pressure after application to the selected body part or elastic to gradually increase the pressure against the selected body part. The strap further comprises fastening means so that the strap can be fastened around the desired body part. According to a second embodiment, the band comprising the spines is blunt with elements of elastic band for adjustment of the pressure to be as satisfactory as possible. Because the band is somewhat elastic, it can be applied and held in place over the body part to be treated. The desired pressure and the desired degree of abutment against the body part can then be achieved with some form of clamping means, including locking means, for example velcro, and some form of fitting. The tags are arranged in a group on a base plate. Preferably, several bottom plates are arranged next to each other and covering a portion of the band. The portion of the band covered by thorns can be different sizes for different body parts. The bottom plate can be triangular in shape, so that several bottom plates can be arranged next to each other without free space in between. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be further described by means of exemplary embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a stimulus device comprising bands, fastening means and plates with tags according to a first embodiment of the invention in Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a plate with tags intended for a belt in accordance with Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a side view of the plate in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a schematic plan view from above of part of a belt provided with plates in accordance with an embodiment of the invention and Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a plate with tags intended for a belt in accordance with a second embodiment of the invention. The invention With reference to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 1, a stimulated device 10 is illustrated in the released state comprising plates 11 with tags 12, which are placed on the inside of a band 13. In the end portions of the band a fitting 22 is placed. Furthermore, the stimulus device according to the embodiment shown comprises a tensioning strap 16 with a fastening means which advantageously consists of velcro 15. The fitting 22 and the Velcro fastener 15 constitute a clamping member 17. In the embodiment shown, the plates 11 are somewhat flexible in order to be able to follow the adaptation of the strap to the treated body part. In other embodiments, the plates 11 are completely sty- V8. The clamping band 16 is provided with fastening surfaces (not shown) on a side turned away in Fig. 1. The fastening means 14 of the stimulus device 10 run through the fittings 22 and thus form a device for stimulating certain parts of the human body. The length of the strap 16 together with the length of the strap 13 exceeds a circumference of the body part to be treated. The fastening surfaces on the side facing away in Fig. 1 can be divided into two elongate portions and preferably extend over a substantial part of the length of the tensioning strap. Thereby, the stimulus device 10 can be easily adapted to different circumferences of different body parts. In use, the entire stimulus device 10 is passed over the body part to be treated. During this phase, the velcro lock 15 is suitably open and the strap 16 is extended to a suitable length. When the stimulation device 10 is in the desired position with the tags 12 directed towards the body part to be treated, the tensioning strap 16 is tightened in both end portions, so that the tags 12 abut the desired part against the body part. In this position, the Velcro 15 is pressed against the strap to fix the length of the stimulus device. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the plate 11 is triangular in shape and comprises twenty-four spines 12 with a circular base evenly distributed over one side of the plate. The other side of the plate is flat and can easily be attached to a strap. The spines arranged along the side edges of the plate are cut off from the base 10 towards the tip. Three centrally arranged thorns are also cut in a similar way. The three sides of the plate are 32 mm long, which gives an area that is approximately 4.4 cm2 and a density of 5.4 spikes / cmz. The height of the tags is 5 mm and the plate is 1 mm high. The density of tags on the plates should not be lower than 4 tags / cmz and not higher than 7 tags / cmz. An advantageous density is between 5 tags / cm2 and 6 tags / cmz. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4 of a stimulus device 10 in accordance with the invention, a fitting 22 is attached to one end of a strap 13. At the other end of the strap a velcro lock 15 is arranged. The Velcro 15 can be passed through the fitting 22 and turned back and fastened to a rear side of the strap 13. In the embodiment shown, five plates 11 are arranged one after the other on the strap 13, so that a tip of a plate 11 faces a base of an adjacent plate 11. In this way a desired density of plates 11 and thus a desired density of tags 12 is achieved. The embodiment of a stimulus device according to the invention shown in Fig. 5 comprises a band in the form of a closed ring 23. Along a portion of an inside of the ring 23 a plurality of plates 11 are arranged next to each other. This part of the ring 23 is intended to abut and press against the body part to be treated. The ring is on at least one portion designed as an elastic band 21. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 5, the ring is made with two elastic bands 21. The closed ring 23 makes it possible to thread the entire stimulus device 10 over the body part to be treated, and the portions with elastic band 21 allow the stimulus device to be held in abutment against the body part. From the closed ring 23, two band flaps 24 project in opposite directions. The strap tabs 24 are provided on one side with Velcro 15. A back side of the ring 23 has fastening surfaces 25 to which the velcro lock 15 can be fastened. The mounting surfaces can be continuous. By means of the strap flaps 24, the strap in the form of the closed ring can be tightened, so that the desired tensioning of the thorns against the body part is achieved. The embodiment in Fig. 5 is particularly suitable for treating the neck. In this case, the band is passed over the head, so that the plates 11 with the thorns abut against the 6 part of the neck to be treated. The band reaches around the head and the attachment surfaces 25 are located at the forehead and outside of the band. The strap tabs 24 are tightened so that the desired tension is achieved, and fastened to the fastening surfaces 25. The velcro lock 15 together form the fastening surfaces 25 a clamping member 17. The belts 13 in accordance with the various embodiments can be combined within the scope of the invention in different ways, as well as how the plates are placed and oriented on the belt. The fittings used are adapted to the width and thickness of the strap. Instead of Velcro 15, fittings with a locking function can be used.
